I’m Fritz Semelfort, the proud owner of Djoule’s Companion Services, LLC.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’ve been passionate about helping people since I was a kid. So when I observed my family members requiring help as they aged, I felt the best way to provide assistance was to open up a homemaker and companion care service.

Along with offering companion services, I’m also a real estate broker, which is exciting as I get to empower even more individuals. Between running my two enterprises, I’ve clocked up twenty-seven years of valuable experience.

During this time, I’ve noticed that business processes have evolved significantly and have become far more data-driven rather than opinion-based. It helps me to plan and create efficient strategies.

My business philosophy is based on four core values, including integrity, customer service, respect, and professionalism. To maintain these values, I ensure that my employees understand and share my vision. I also ask my team members to put themselves in the customer’s shoes during every interaction and execute the clients’ requirements which helps my business to grow.

I also ensure that everyone is on the same page by compassionately providing essential help and peace of mind to the family members of my clients.

When I can render a high level of customer satisfaction and see a smile on my clients’ faces, it fills me with immense satisfaction.

When I’m not organizing homecare, I love playing tennis, taking relaxing walks, and shopping with my wife. I’m also devoted to living a selfless life respectful of our planet’s resources.
